Approved by the National Development and Reform Commission of the People’s Republic of China(NDRC of China)and located in Beijing Zhongguancun High-Tech Zone , National Research Center of Gas Turbine & IGCC Technology has funded by seven shareholders including Tsinghua Holdings Co., Ltd., Dongfang Turbine Co.，Ltd.，Harbin Turbine Company Ltd., Nanjing Turbine & Electric Machinery (Group)Co., Ltd., Shanghai Turbine Co. Ltd., 703th Research Institute of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (CSIC) and China Power Engineering Consulting Group Corporation. The mission of the Center is to enhance independent research and development of heavy-duty gas turbine and IGCC core technology, and to provide technical support for gas turbine manufacture and power industry in China.
